| Additional Availability or Pricing Information: | Excellent childcare provision for children attending oakdene Primary School. Qualified staff, large range of activities, healthy food for snacks, excellent rates for childcare. All sessions fully staffed with over the minimum requirement of staff.

General Rules:
Our cancellation policy allows a full refund if at least 24hours notice is provided.
A refund is allowed if a child is sick.
Collection after 5.45pm is subject to a late collection fee of £27.80 to cover staff overtime costs.
Booking and full payment are required using an Oakdene ASC booking form no later than the Wednesday of the week before the sessions are required.
Any emergency requests are considered and places offered if possible, taking into account staff levels, the number of pre-booked children and the OFSTED ration of staff to children aged under and over 8 restrictions. |
