| Service Description: | We place a great deal of emphasis on two areas of school life. Firstly, to identify and react to the individual needs of every student. A great deal of collegial work goes on between ourselves and our Primary Partner Schools. The high quality collaboration, preparation, teaching and learning during our Summer school, a fundamental belief in PERSONAL BEST for all, our RSA Opening Minds project curriculum and our one to one mentoring of students enhances all our other work.
This does not happen in isolation and our second aim, to develop a strong team ethic involving primary teachers, parents, students, governors, colleagues and local network providers remains a strong focus.
